We had an excellent view from our room and the facilities at Washu Blue Resort Kasago were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the onsen facilities on the rooftop. The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, with chefs handmaking sushi, steak, and egg orders fresh. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance in arranging shuttles for us. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Washu Blue Resort Kasago.

Loved the onsen experience and the free honey citron tea that was served afterwards. The traditional Japanese show after dinner was also a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary gifts.

Disliked that the onsen had chlorine added to it. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that the hotel had a strict check-in time for dinner, and our late arrival left us with limited choices.
